Finwin Travels is headquartered at No. 275/1, Puttalam Road, Nikaweratiya, in Sri Lanka's North Western Province. Founded in 2020 by Jeewantha Ranathunga, the company began as a boutique inbound tour operator guiding international guests through Sri Lanka's ancient kingdoms, rainforests and coastlines.

As demand grew from guests and their Sri Lankan relatives alike, Finwin Travels launched a dedicated outbound division — arranging fully documented holiday packages to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Maldives, Dubai, India and Europe, with in-house e-visa processing, air ticket bookings and passenger insurance handled directly, start to finish.
